Made to Order

At Whiskey & Wolves Podcast, all merchandise is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because our products are created on demand, shipping and returns work a little differently than traditional retail.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
 

Delivery times vary based on product type, fulfillment location, and shipping destination. Shipping estimates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Whiskey & Wolves Podcast cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering errors made by the customer
     

Please carefully review sizing information and product selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Contact us
 

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem
     

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement item or refund at our discretion and in accordance with our fulfillment partner's policies.

Print Variations

Minor variations in print placement, coloration, or production alignment may occur during manufacturing and are not considered defects.
 

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed products, slight print placement variations within standard manufacturing tolerances are normal.

Delivery Issues

If a shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to an incorrect address or delivery failure outside of our control, additional shipping charges may apply for replacement shipments.
