At Whiskey & Wolves Podcast, we work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner to create merchandise specifically for each order.
Because of this production model, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer ordering errors or changes of mind.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

The item arrives damaged

The product contains a manufacturing defect

An incorrect item was received
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:

Minor manufacturing variations that fall within normal production tolerances
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
